Subject: seems oddNot really a health issue, but it does have me curious. Ever since I have embraced this Triathlon lifestyle (almost a year now), I have been eating well, working out, and staying hydrated. In fact, I only drink water, about 60-100 oz a day. Since I have started this routine, I sweat profusely at night. Makes no difference how cold it is in the bedroom or what I use for blankets, I wake up soaked. Thoroughly soaked...like I fell in a pool.
Is this common amongst people who work out regularly (10-15 hours per week)? |
