Looking for some recon on the bike course.  Per mapmyrun, looks basically flat but fairly technical with a couple of tight turns and the out-n-back loops at the turn around.  Guessing this isn't a particularly fast course?  Scary with traffic on those turns??

We ride this course almost every week and everyone seems to like it.  Some people think its hilly, but compared to Kensington its pretty flat.  It does have a few decent hills but nothing terrible.  A guy I rode with last week said he thought it was close to ride at Steelhead.  There's only one kind of scary turn that goes under the rail road tracks as you're going downhill.  There's also not much traffic on the roads - its not a through road like Kensington so the only people you get driving it are people who are going to the park, not people just passing through.  The condition of the roads is great - very smooth - there are only a few chewed up areas, but nothing to really speak of.

This course is pretty decent actually.  I really enjoy it, maybe because I ride it a dozen times a week.    It is not bad at all.  Hills are at a minimum, maybe two or three total, and you can get some serious speed on the course to make up for them.
