Subject: Im ALWAYS hungry!!My background is this: I used to weigh 250lbs, was a big football player and always had huge meals. I have lost a ton of weight and changed my lifestyle for the last 5years. Im 192lbs, I lift 4 days a week, run/eliptical/swim/bike/spinn or some sort of cardio 7 days a week. I am constantly hungry and could eat non-stop. Im told Im starving myself but I refuse to go back to what I was! However, I can eat and eat and eat. Any ideas??? I eat throughout the day but it never seems enough. I love summertime because of watermellon. I can eat a half of a watermellon in one setting. Its good because I get full and it doesnt effect weight. Thanks |
