Subject: Aero Bars
Anything I should know before I make a purchase at my local tri shop? Or is it the type of thing where I can't really go TOO wrong. I bought an Orbea San Remo about two months ago....love cycling now.....but need some aero bars for my second tri.

Buy them at a LBS and have your bike fitted with them on for you. Takes more than just slapping a pair on.

A lot of it is personal preference and size of your wallet.  +1 on the fitting.  With my aeros I ended up swapping stems moving seat height, etc during my fitting.
