not fog in the goggles but water, you can still see but it is kind of hard to see very clearly because it is like there is rain in your goggles when sighting, just a little bit dripping (could be condensation)?

goggles fit perfectly. is there a product that stops this?

.only issue is when sighting btw but it is a big one i end up doing like 4-5 cycles of strokes before i can work out where a buoy is.

water in your goggles or on the outside?  if it's in your goggles, meaning they are leaking, try a new brand.  I wear Speedo Vanquishers and they've never leaked.  If it's outside, you have to just get used to it.  Practice OWS and sighting.  Remember in a race you can go with the crowd to some degree.

Have you tried a different brand/style of goggles?
I'm new to OWS, but I got some prescription goggles from Swim Outlet that work great.  Never had an issue with water drops inside the goggle once I got fit adjusted.  Eventually the anti-fog coating wears off all goggles but you can buy anti-fog stuff at swim shops (or just use saliva as many other do).
