Has anyone ever tried this? I just ran across it and was curious... I am a little over a month away from my big race and I am looking to shed some extra lbs....
Just curious if anyone had any experience and their thoughts!
Two people at my office started it a while back and are totally into it. One of the guys has lost a lot of weight. It takes a lot of planning to make sure you have food you can eat.
I do agree that it may be a little close to your race to start, though. Good luck with it if you try it.
