Purists and pedants may wish to disagree with that, and I'm in no position to argue with them. But i any case, it would be worth knowing that whatever plan you are following (assuming you are, and assuming it is based on HR ) uses the same definitions that you are using. I use Friel's zones, which you can see here. 173 is neither 'high' nor 'low'. It just is what it is. 173 also happens to be my bike LTHR based on my last test. |
