Subject: Tigershark #3 This Weekend
Anyone racing this weekend? This is the last one in the series. A little longer than the usual sprint, but it's still a good race.

I am. I'm visiting from NJ and the bike turn is 2 blocks from my in-laws (I am fortunate enough to have my "old" road bike here) I did this race last year and remember that the sand was extremely soft.

Any idea how it is now? I'm in Ponce Inlet and it is ok.

Sorry, I just saw the post. You already know the answer, the sand was not bad, but 4.2 miles on the beach with that hot sun still wsan't fun. It was a good race. I hope you had a good time. They seem to get bigger and bigger each year. We hope to have an olympic course for next year.
