Subject: I finally made the training log move from Mapmyrun.com
After just over a year of keeping track of my training on one site, and getting information from another, I figured it was time to combine the two.  Instead of re-mapping routes and adding equipment info for each training day, I just entered the distances on the appropriate days and put my total equipment usage as my start distance.  From here on out, it's BT all the way (now that I've looked at the logs, I realize that it's a much better format anyway!).

Next step... increase my training so my logs don't look so weak

i'm on runner's world and have thought about making the switch.let me know how you are feeling about the switch in a couple weeks.

I made the switch from Runners World to here recently and I do prefer it here.  I also bought the bronze membership mostly so I could download my info from my Garmin, which doesn't actually save me any time (it actually takes longer) and yet I still perfer doing it:-)  I like the fact that I can add everything in here in one location, my nutrition, my ST, my "sports", everything...
