Subject: SI Joint, rotated
So I was gunna start training, but all I can do is walk right now, my SI joint is rotated but im working with my PT to try and fix it. I've been athletic all my life and if we can't get it to stay in he says im going to have long term running problems. I'm praying I don't. PT twice a week and hopefully back to work soon, wish me luck! I'm dying to train again.

I have one thing to say.  FIND AN ART person.  I had the same thing, mine being very out of place and after 2 appointments and a couple of weeks off of running while doing some icing I got back to IM training.

Thank you so much! I need this problem fixed. Working out helps me to balance and maintain a healthy lifestyle in so many ways: eating/time management/weight/discipline. My life just works better when I'm active. And I need my life back!
