Subject: New from Calgary,ABHaven't actually competed in a tri yet, have played competitive sport (squash, netball, field hockey ) for many years and after having two children (now 2.5 yrs & 9 months ) don't have the time to affiliate and dedicate a set time to training etc. so I have decided to give the tri disciplines a go as I find that it is more flexible. Any suggestions for when the winter months hit as I don't like running on a treadmill (boring ), I do have a turbo trainer for the bike and the local pool is 5mins form my home so no issues there, I am just concerned about running in the -stupid weather, anyone else have this concern? |
