Subject: Any OWS in Potomac Near Point Of Rocks or Harper's?
I am not familiar with this part of the river, but I hear about people waterskiing in the Potomac ... is there any OWS in the Potomac Near Harper's Ferry or Point Of Rocks?

The river is pretty shallow, rocky, and fast moving at harper's ferry. Rafting maybe, swimming... not so much.

I heard about "upstream of dam #11, at the Maryland Game & Fish boat ramp" is four miles of slow water that is swimmable in both directions in late summer once the water level (ie current) drops a little. I am going to check it out and will let you know.
