I'm not a tax attorney, but I am a CPA and I do a fair number (250+) of returns each year - individual, corporation, S-corp, LLC, partnership, and some fiduciary. I'm the audit and accounting partner but I still work on returns because at this time of year, we're so busy that we'll practically drag homeless folks in to prepare returns.

I'm not a tax attroney,but I am in banking and see my fair share of tax returns and disect them daily.  So shoot me your question and I'll see if I know the answer.  If not, I do have a buddy who is a tax attorney that might be able to answer your question.
