Subject: new seat reccomendations
I have just purchased a '09 Cannondale CAAD 9 5.I love the bike, but HATE the seat. I'm still a novice and dont have too much time in the saddle. Any reccomendations? The more cushion the better.

Sadly your just going to have to get out there to the store and try some.  Any LBS worth their money will put your bike in the trainer and let you try your seats out until you find the one you like.

My LBS said that if the seat didn't feel right after 10-20km worth of riding to bring it back and they would find something else. i would think any bike shop interested in your ongoing business would do the same.
