I was not sure were to post this question, but any advice is welcome.

To put it simply: I am never hungry.  I only eat becasue I know I need the energy, but I can not remember the last time I had hunger pains.  Right now I get in about 7-8 hr a week of training.  I am 6'3" and 260# and consume less then 2000 calories a day, but stay full all day.   In the past I could not eat enough, but now everytime I eat I feel like I ate thanksgiving dinner.  Even now I just ate a yogart for lunch and had to stop becasue I felt full.  The thing that has scared me is up until about a year ago I could float 3# at night.  Now I only sleep off 0.5# if i'm lucky.  I have steadly gained 2-3# a month for a year now.  If anyone had any advice on how to get things going again please let me know.

Well, 2,000 calories a day for someone of your size and activity level sounds very low. Sometimes when you do not consume enough, your body learns to hold on to every calorie it can. I might also recommend seeing a doc. Could be something out of whack that could be causing the weight gain ( my dog has a thyroid problem that did just that. )

You need to see a doc. At 6'3", 260 lbs. 2000 cals a day is barely even maintenance. And, if a yogurt makes you feel full, that's just not right.

Either you are drastically underestimating the calories you are consuming, or there is something else going on. Go to an internist.
