 Comments: Felt pretty good for first half of race, then started to get tired. Left arm definitely felt weak towards end of swim. Felt pretty much like I did last week at Columbia. What would you do differently?: Not much, besides train more.  Post race What limited your ability to perform faster: Need to work more on breathing every other stroke and smoothing out that technique. Brian PBN shake and english muffin for breakfast. Skipped the red bull based on last race, seemed to prevent pre-race problems. No warmup.
