Hi Just did my second Noosa. Last Year I did 3:19 this year I did 2:42. Thanks to the training programs from Beginner triathlete and of course a fair bit of hard work.

I hope the other BT forum people avoided the carnage on the bike course

Great result man! I did a 3:25 thisyear and fully expect to drop at least 30 minutes off next year. What a great weekend.
