Subject: what to wear under wetsuit
I am new to the sport. Please help: what do you wear under the wetsuit during the swim? I'm concerned over how to make the transition from a bathing suit to a jog bra and running shorts, without getting naked in front of strangers. Thank You.

Most people will wear their tri shorts or tri suits under their wet suit. Many ladies will have on their tri shorts and sports bra as well under the wetsuit.

I am not too sure if this will help or not. But here in Texas, it is too hot to wear a wet suit, so I just wear a one piece tri suit that I swim in, cycle in, and run in. It even has a slight pad for the cycling, but doesn't chaf during the run!

If anything, I would suggest putting on a one piece or two piece tri suit on under your wetsuit. As a female, not having to switch ANY clothes really helps in transitions!!!
