uploading training plan difficulty

I just upgraded to the Silver membership and am eager to upload plans etc. After going into "my settings" and "my plans"  and after selecting the appropriate plan, I understand I'm to click on "import" and should get a list of dates to start the plan among other things. All I get though, after clicking import is the page that describes the plans. I used Paypal and wonder if there is a delay before I can proceed. Any suggestions? Thanks
