Subject: Bicycle portions of training
I just signed up as a silver member to get access to the training plans. Today, it says to do 60 minutes of easy "spinning". For spinning, should I put the bike on my trainer? Just wanted some clarification on what they mean by spinning. Thanks.

Not sure what plan your on but to me that means high cadence (90-100 RPM) and low heart rate (180-age).

Builds up your aerobic capacity, easy on the legs

I'm doing the half ironman 20 week plan. I'm towards the middle of week 4 right now. Thanks for clarifying that for me.
