Subject: Stupid question regarding training programs. I've been doing my own thing training wise, but would like to pick up in the middle of the 16 week, 2 Olympic distance races 5 weeks apart program. I'd like to be able to follow the program for the 5 weeks between races with a few modifications becasue there will also be a sprint in there.. I notice there doesn't seem to be a way to look at the actual workouts without downloading into my log. The first Oly is 7/10 and the second one is 8/13. |
