Stupid question regarding training programs.

i'm going to provide a feature to veiw the entire program details without importing into the logs....its not ready yet BUT in the meantime you can:

import it into your planned training somewhere like in 2006 that does not have data...then you can look at it all you like and it wont interfere with anything currently in your planned logs....then u just delete it when your done veiwing.

in writing this, i think i will work on an easy option to 'copy and paste' only certain days/weeks into your planned log...so you dont have to import the whole thing.

ok...we provided to new features per your request to make importing more easy and forgiving.

1. you can veiw the details of the plans day-by-day available per your membership on one page BEFORE you import it.
2. Along those lines, since you can see the specific days workouts ahead of time before importing, you can then choose to import ONLY certain segments of the plan (day 34-56 out of 67 days total for example) and import them according to a starting day or ending day.
   1. just go to in your log and you will see 'veiw plan details' in the plans in your membership.
   2. When u click on 'Import', you will then have more options to only import segments of the plan into your planned training.
