Subject: WTB - lightly used Shimano Ultegra 10sp rear derailleur
I'm looking to replace a 10speed rear derailleur that has never shifted right after I crashed it a year ago (I only get 9 gears no matter what I do, and it needs constant adjustment).  I'd take a dura ace as well.

Willing to enterain any offers.
