Yep, 2nd tri of the year - did Webster Lake in June. First non-lake triathlon for me = hoping for calm seas!

Seems like a big field for a sprint, anyone know how many waves they've done in year's past?

not sure, each age group and elites has a wave and also a newbie wave. The RD does a great race and safe. short swims like this are tough to keep everyone spread out.

I swam the area tonite. water temp is good, not hot and not cold. probably wont need a wetsuit but I bet they will allow them. the bottom has some areas of eel grass (no eels seenhowever ) and small stones under foot as enter the swim.

should be a good day weather wise.
