Swim
Comments: The swim was horrible, barely even did freestyle stroke, most of the time it was side stroke or back...mostly just floating and drowning. What would you do differently?: Actually get in swimming shape and be able to swim. Transition 1
Comments: I was a little out of it getting out of the water and felt a little dizzy, needed to hold onto the bike to put on socks and get into shoes. What would you do differently?: Dry my feet off really well. Bike
Comments: The bike segment was by far my favorite, it was awsome being out of the water finaly, cought a lot of people and made good times, started to notice a little cramping about to start. My feet were still wet and didnt really make it comfortable. What would you do differently?: Dry my feet off. And ride faster. Transition 2
Comments: I took off my socks because they were still too wet. It was hard to put my feet into my shoes. Happy i had a hat. What would you do differently?: Have spare socks just in case. Run
Comments: run went really well my feet hurt and have blisters because i had no socks on, that kinda sucked, but ran it through strong. What would you do differently?: have socks Post race
Warm down: just walked and strectched because i felt like i was going to cramp What limited your ability to perform faster: Just the lack of experience and training, it was my first tri, and ive never swam that far in training before. Event comments: I completed my first TRI! Last updated: 2005-07-31 12:00 AM

Jogged for 5 minutes and stretched and then went into the water and swam for a little while and then stretched.
