This is going to be something.  With the current in the hundson, the swim should be over in 15 minutes which is good because you'll need all the energy you can get to deal with the bike & run in NYC's August heat and humidity. Registration opens next week on Wednesday @ Noon. I think this will sell out in 5 minutes.

Just read in bloomberg.com entry fee will probably be $1000. Look IM is a business and it has to make a profit, I cannot deny them that. Sure NYC is expensive but $1000? I think its a bit to expensive for me, then again my swim split will be a killer.
