Subject: Yellow v light blue - what is the difference?
I looked around and couldn't find an answer. So I decided to post a thread. I noticed that the first day that I didn't do any training I would get a "yellow" square. Any subsequent squares would be "light blue".

light blue means that you've only entered some sort of health info - sleep, soreness, etc.

yellow means that you've only entered a comment

white = slacker

the color codes are in the help pages somewhere...
