Subject: First Triathlon I have just entered my first triathlon ( Australian Corporate Games ) and i'm not sure what i was really thinking when i decided i wanted to compete in the traithlon when there were obviously easier events eg Karting and Ten Pin Bowling. It must have been the personal challenge!!! Anyways its only 7 weeks until the big day. 300m Swim 10km Bike 3km run.
I already run about 3- 4 times a week about 25mins and have a reasonable good fitness base.
Any suggestions of a training program? Any suggestions are welcome.
