Age Group: 0/76
Overall: 810/893
Performance: Bad
Suit: TYR racerback and tri shorts
Course: I think this swim was really rough. not as long as it was supposed to be, thank goodness. I would normally have no problem w/this distance, but was swallowing TONS of water and found it very very difficult to do, until the second half. There was a BAD current in between the second to last buoy and the turnaround bouy. I had to hang on to a kayak after swallowing tons of water. I hated this swim, but I learned to heed wetsuit recommendations. I do not think I will do another open water swim w/out a wetsuit.

Congrats on finishing.  Way to hang in there on the swim.  You didn't swim in the Hudson did you?  That water made me sick for a month.

Nice finish time by the way.
