Comments: I switched kicks to Saucony Tangent from Nike Zoom Elite. These are the shoes that I will be racing in next season. They felt really good and light. I had just enough support and stability throughout the 10k. Now I just need to get faster.... What would you do differently?: Nothing ![]() Post race
Warm down: 5 minute stretch and a slow walk around. Grabbed some fluids and snacks along the way. What limited your ability to perform faster: My own training, needs to be more focused on running. Event comments: Great end of season run race....maybe? Last updated: 2005-10-14 12:00 AM

Puffins Cereal for breakfast with a cup of Java. I took in a bottle of Accelerade and 2x caffeine Gu shot 30 minutes before race time.
Stretching for about 10 minutes and it was nice the start was at a mall because you had a lot of space to run and warm up.
