So ive had this massive cold (ive been in bed for 2 days) my throught hurts so bad i could barely put down liquids. the tought of food makes me sick, not eating is making me sick too. so i broke out something i hoped would work..... i made a batch of ironan cocktail blended with ice. nutition in smoothie form.... im glad i am a trithlete!

its more the thought that of nonliquids going down the pipe make my terrified due to the pain. so i looked for "liquid nutrition."
