Subject: will tri for food
i am in the denver area and am searching for either a volunteer or paid position in which i could organize, promote, or really work in any available position to help the tri community.........anybody got any leads/suggestions? (31 year old male triathlon nut with management background and communication degree seeks........?)

i have been mulling the idea around for bt to sponsor new tri clubs - to help spread the word.  colorado does have clubs in boulder and springs - at least the ones i have seen.  i am not sure about denver.  if not though, an option is to organize your own club - another board member is doing this also..  a few initial thoughts would be: we at bt can help promote/organize it.  u have the site for info...we will be adding olympic, and 1/2IM programs before 2004, get u discounts on some logo'd gear, u can use this forum for club members in member-restricted special area: u would have your own private discussion, post training schedules, manage your own pics and event listings.  plus all of your members would be able to use the free training logs wich r going to get infinitely better in the coming months.  just a thought

USA Triathlon is looking for a risk manager. This person would work with event sanctioning staff to monitor USA Triathlon sanctioned events.

absolutely fantastic news. i have talked to many many people about my decision to become a triathlete and everyone of them wanted to hear more. it's a great way to live and i like to share that with them. i appreciate the reply and would definately be interested in hearing further from you.
