Subject: sprint training plan questions
Hi! I've been on the sprint run focused 20 weeks plan since january. I've always added 15 more minutes to the runs and 10 more minutes to the bike plan to have time for warm ups and cool downs. As my schedules gets more complicated and my first tri si coming i am starting to wonder if i can keep doing this or if i can cut down to the times shown ( since i had swimming experience and limited pool access i've only started in march to add the swims in the workouts but it is going well). Basically, i am wondering if the times included in the plan where with the warm ups and cooldowns or with out.
hope to gain insight as always from the Bter's

If your warmups and cooldowns consisted of low effort running, swimming or cycling, then YES, that should be considered part of the total minutes.

Stuff like 'stretching' as a WU or CD wouldn't count towards the total time.
