Subject: Scotia Bank Half ...Anyone?
Slipped this into the training plan and was wondering if anyone from BT would be there?  Should be cold wet and flat...Good Times!  Tongue out

Wish that I could say yes, but ill be doing St. Anthonys Tri in Florida that day.

I just registered for the Lake Placid half in June though, its supposed to be really nice and its not too far.
