2011 FELT S22 - $1050 shipped

I have a 2011 Felt S22 in excellent shape, it has 910 miles on the road and 250 on the trainer. All stock build with ultegra derailers. The bottom bracket has an adapter installed with a english thread BB and 160mm cranks. There is one small rub mark behind the stem where my bonto sits, also the stickers on the rear wheel have been rubbed a little from the brake pads being to low at on time.
Does not include pedals,computor, or any accessories that did not come with the bike.
$1050 shipped in the CONUS or trade for wheelset/power tap/computrainer???
