Subject: RE: Reading Workout Plans?If you have hills, then great, you can do it on the hills with a combination of gearing/cadence to get your HR into those zones. Most won't have decent hills I would imagine, so using a trainer or just on the flat roads using gearing/cadence to increase your effort level to bring your HR up. It will require some experimentation first, but after you have done it a few times you should have an idea on the gearing/cadence to get the HR up. |
