Xterra Volt Sleeveless Wetsuit - MEDIUM - Used once

I have a men's medium Xterra Volt sleeveless. It has been used exactly 1 time for a sprint race last year...I purchased it new in December 2010. It's been stored in a cool and dry place out of sunlight. I used wet suit lube on the lower legs when i used it and not vaselline or cooking spray (which deteriorate the material).  the race was in fresh water and not salt and the wet suit was hung to dry outside so there is no mildew or gunk. There are no pulls or tears.  

For reference i'm 5-9 and 182 and this worked for me.

I would be using it this year but a friend gave me a smoking deal on full sleeve Blue Seventy Reaction and i couldnt pass it up.
