I didn't know that Delilah DiCrescenzo was still running (does anyone actually follow steeple chase?), but I just saw her in the Olympic trials.  

You may know her as the Delialah from the "Hey There, Delialah" song from the Plain White Ts in 2007.  Kind of an interesting and fun story if you're not familiar with her.

I saw her try and qualify 4 years ago too.  She started well but it didnt end well.  Still a darn strong athlete.  Let's teach her to swim and get her a bike.  I'd love to see her in triathlon!
