Subject: Half Ironman Training Plan Blog questionHello, I am in the fourth week of the Olympic to Half Ironman 12 week bridge plan. If you look at the calendar of this plan Wednesday of the 4th week only has weight training. If you look at my training log and specifically look at my planned blog it shows the same weight training only (however, in my blog it is on Thursday as I moved the whole schedule back one day). However, if you look at my actual training blog and put the curser on the arrow next to 2006-06-08 then it says I am supposed to be doing a running TT. Obviously, I just want to know what to do. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a running TT as the plan has been a little soft lately which Mike R. normally does before you do your TTs. Thanks for any help, Mark |
