On the nutrition logs, when you add in a new custom food, is there a way to select different portions.

For example, if I were to make some of my delicious homemade bread, I would log in all of the ingredients that used to make the loaf, however, is there a simple way to define a slice? (like 1/16th of a loaf?)... or if I wanted to have say Half a can of my "custom" light tuna?

If there isn't a way, that would be a nice feature (not to make you lives anymore complex.)

You can enter your custom measurement in the format XXX.XXX and the system will pick up on this and automatically multiply it out.

For example, "2 tortillas" * 2 QTY would be displayed as "4 tortillas". Similarly, a custom food of "1.5 cans" * 3 would be displayed as "4.5 cans"

The only limitation to this is that if they are using a fractional measurement on their custom food, they must enter it as a decimal. 0.5 instead of 1/2"

(This is now exactly how the non-custom foods work BTW

In the case of your bread, put in all the ingrediants of the loaf in the page, enter it as '1 loaf' for the 'measurement' feild.  Depending on how you slice it, when you log you would enter it as 0.0625 as a 'qty' for one 1/16th slice.

DOES THIS HELP?  I THINK IT IS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.
