They must be off on Sunday. What's your problem?

my heat pump is not going into auto defrost, i can force it into defrost.  looking in the manual. is says  ( all the previous checks were done and seem ok)   y-b signal or control signal may be intermittent.  i was going to replace the control board but dont know if that would solve the problem.
