Subject: can you please just pick a training plan for me?I don't know why I'm having such a problem with this. I need a plan that will work for me and I'm having a hard time choosing one. I have 12 weeks to go before my first sprint. I'm hoping someone will take a look at my logs and find one that will work for me. I have 6-8 hours a week to work out in. I love to swim and have no problem with that. I'm really behind with the whole bike phase I hate running and am trying really hard to work on my attitude and distance right now. Right now I just make sure I'm alternating my work outs but I'm not building on anything either. Is there a way to see my "to do daily workout" on my training log? On the opening page of my training log? I want to open it in the morning and see what I'm doing for the day. Anyway...back to the question. What plan will get me where I need to be for my sprint in 12 weeks. Thanks for the help, I'm sorry that I'm incompetent right now. There are just to many plans and I have a hard time finding one that would work the best for me. |
