Subject: can you please just pick a training plan for me?

I don't know why I'm having such a problem with this.  I need a plan that will work for me and I'm having a hard time choosing one.  I have 12 weeks to go before my first sprint.  I'm hoping someone will take a look at my logs and find one that will work for me.

I have 6-8 hours a week to work out in.

I love to swim and have no problem with that.

I'm really behind with the whole bike phase

I hate running and am trying really hard to work on my attitude and distance right now.  

Right now I just make sure I'm alternating my work outs but I'm not building on anything either.  

Is there a way to see my "to do daily workout" on my training log?  On the opening page of my training log?  I want to open it in the morning and see what I'm doing for the day.

Anyway...back to the question.  What plan will get me where I need to be for my sprint in 12 weeks.

Thanks for the help, I'm sorry that I'm incompetent right now.  There are just to many plans and I have a hard time finding one that would work the best for me.

I am doing the 16 week free plan that was on this site with the run focus. Run 3x/week, bike 2x/week, swim 2x/week. If there isn't a 12 week plan then just take the 16 week plan and start at week 5. It's working well for me.

for a plan, I'd look at the classic sprint.  It's 13 weeks long.  I'd start at the beginning and just lop off the last week.  The other option is to upgrade to a silver member, as there are MANY more plans open to you that are much more detailed, including a 12 week couch to sprint plan that sounds like it fits your needs almost exactly.

As for viewing your workout.  Just go to your training log and click on the   button and in there you can set it to open up to planned training instead of actual.  That way whenever you open your training log, it shows you what workouts you have planned.
