Subject: Nutrition Blog Mini Calendar Color Coding Is there a "grace" range on the Nutrition Blog Mini Calendar Color Coding? What I mean is, I have reset my minimum and maximum tolerance levels several times trying to get them to work. There are days where I was clearly 2-300 calories over or under the tolerance range, yet the color coding still indicates I was on target. Am I doing something wrong? Also, more of an FYI than anything else as at least I am now aware of it. BT sets my BMR (calories from lifestyle) at 3,167 calories/day, I calculated my BMR on seven different webpages and they all agreed to the number that my BMR is 2,145 calories/day. I had created a nutrition plan based on the 3,167 number. Fortunately, my target intake calories was +/- 2,000 calories but still, just sayin'. At least now that I know the accurate figure, I have an understanding why I was not losing weight. |
