Subject: A tri for vets.....Brainerd Minnesota!!!
Hi my name is Josh, I am going to do for first tri in November!!!!

I have to do any tris and just learning to swim! I have basically given myself one year to learn how to complete one.

I am 35 with a wife and 1,3,4 year old at home, I am a Iraq veteran and will be doing this event to raise awareness and money for a veterans center at our local college.

My goal as of now is last place! Just to finish that's it, just train hard and smart to finish.

If anyone in the area let me know!!

Welcome!  What distance is your first tri?  Regardless, you should have plenty of time if it's a sprint or olympic.  

How is the swimming going?
