Subject: Is there any easy way to insert a week off in a training plan?
I am off the first week in March on a business trip and I won't be able to train. I'd like to pick up where I left off. Is there an easy way to insert a week off and move everything back a week?

I would go into the calendar view, then choose the 'move' button to move the date range up one week.

Let me know if that helps or not.

Thanks for the help! After a few small one day trials, I got it to work. I didn't want to lose my whole calender.
