Subject: Complete novice :)Hi everyone. I have been a runner for a few years and I love it, but have decided that I would like to challenge myself in different ways. I just bought a bike and will go on my first official bike ride today.  . I can swim, but really need to work on endurance. I think I can only swim 1 minute at a time! So, I have lots and lots of work and learning ahead of me! My goal is to complete 4-5 sprints this year, along with several 1/2 marathons. I'm turning 40 in a few months and I am so excited and nervous to begin this new journey! |
