Subject: Leg crampsSo last year I had a lot of great runs now that I’m in the off season I’m having a lot of issues with cramping in one of my legs. About .5 miles into a run my leg starts to cramp in the calf area then at about 1 mile it becomes to unbearable to run. The calf muscle becomes rock hard and sore. After I stop running in about 5-10 minutes things get better and the pain goes away.
I have tried stretching and such but it doesn’t seem to work. Any advice?? |
