Subject: Love the Pain
Anybody bought from these guys? I was suckered in by the 40% off promotion last year and have just now received my stuff after filing multiple claims with PayPal. Nice stuff but wow what a terrible co to deal with. Curious if you have had a similar experience.

There is a big discussion about them on slowtwitch. Lots of people having issues with long turn around times and then the product not being correct.

I almost purchased from them before reading the reviews over there.

I think someone has listed one of the founders email address on that post. You may get somewhere if you find the thread.

I ordered 3 t-shirts during their Black Friday sale a few years ago and didn't get them for a good 3 months and that was only after I talked to the owner. Their operation is too small for the output needed.
