7 miles in the light rain this morning.

Finished an audio book which is one of my favorites when doing high mileage training cycles. AWOL hiking the Appalachian Trail. Bout a dude going Northbound on the AT. When I listen to it, it's like running with a good friend who's sharing his stories. Moved on to Malcolm Gladwell, Tipping Point. During one of my marathon training cycles I listened to a bunch of Gladwell books, he's a great narrator of his own work, which is unusual.

Anyways, enough aboot me...Let's get on with the day.

I haven’t tried an audiobook yet during my runs. I see how it could be a good distraction if the narrator is good.

4.35 miles of treadmill running at Z2 this evening. Mixed up the incline and pace a little to keep it interesting.

Last two runs have felt really good. I think I’ve finally shaken off the post race fatigue.
