Subject: Strength logging questionSorry if this has already been covered but I couldn't find the info anywhere.... Is it possible to add custom exercises to the list of strength training exercises? Or, alternatively, is it possible to add a custom type of "sport" for logging purposes? Basically, I want to be able to log the exercises I'm doing for physiotherapy. My coach checks my log daily, and it's our most used method of communication, and I'd like for her to be able to see what I'm doing for physio. I know that I can write about it in my comments section -- just wondering if there is a faster or more detailed way. Thanks!! |
