$20 gets you everything but the zip ties. There is a slight scratch on the face that I hope will show up in the photo. You can still read the display fine. The magnet isn't the one that came with it, but I'm sure it will work just fine and if it doesn't I'll ship you another at no cost.

The spots with the glare in the first pic is pretty much where the scratch is. The bottom picture shows the computer; the computer mount, cables, cadence sensor, wheel speed sensor; the rubber mounts for teh two sensors, the cadence magnet(original), and the wheel magnet.

You will have to adjust the computer to your tire size, so PM me with your tire size and I'll tell you what value to put and how to do it.
